HDIL Board which declared the results today also approved Bonus Issue & recommends final dividend as follows.
1. Payment of Final Dividend of Rs 3/- per share.
2. Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 2 (two) new equity shares for every 7 (seven) equity shares held.
But sorry the investors where not happy with the result and also bonus and the stock is down by 30 rs.
